Messin’ About In Canoes: An informal get together to paddle, share stories and just enjoy being on the water with other canoeists. Bring your own canoe, gear, etc..
We’ll put in at the canoe launch at Ipswich Canoe Launch by Bradley Palmer Park. There are small parking areas on both sides of the road, and also a bit further down the road.
Generally we head upriver, under Ashbury Road and beyond. It’s not unusual to see beaver, heron, and other critters.
